Added Laravel 5.6 To Started Kit

Finally we released Laravel 5.6 along with bootstrap 4. Few of them are waiting for this update, thank you for cooperating with us... Soon we are planning to updating Material version also...

Added Horizontal Layout

The HorizontalLayout offers a simple way to place several controls next to each other. Optionally the HorizontalLayout forces all child controls to be in one line, without wrapping (this is the default behavior). One specific use-case is to use the HorizontalLayout inside a VerticalLayout to put several controls in one row.
